Rashad Phillips uses his business connections and relationships to provide needed services to local homeless students at Thomasboro Elementary, a CMS School with the highest number of documented homeless families. Phillips allocates a portion of his profits to give back to those in need. Currently, Phillips along with his networking partners supports two major events at Thomasboro which include a back to school drive for book bags and school supplies, and a food drive for the winter holiday. Also, he volunteers to speaks to students at local high schools, Central Piedmont Community College, and Johnson C Smith University. Phillips is in business of serving his clients and serving the community.
